Today Emma has asked us to make a tag and to use one of her stamp sets. She asked me to use
'My Favorite Sayings'. I really LOVE this set. It has some sentiments that are some of my favorite saying too! Please make sure to stop by
Emma's blog to see what fun inspiration Emma and the rest of the Design Team have in store for you. Also make sure to check out Emma's beautiful projects on
Everyday Cricut. She has been Guest Designing over there all week and her projects have been AMAZING!
I think
Emma's stamps look so cute on these! They are the perfect touch and just what I would want to say too. I also used the
Mom You Rock stamp set for the word 'daughter' on the banners at the bottom of the tags. I didn't use my Cricut on these. I used an old Sizzix Die Cut that I had. That way I could line up the patterned paper perfectly with the tag cut. I also added a large eyelet to each tag. Does anyone use these anymore? I really do like them, but I don't use them as often as I could/should. I finished them off with some doodling and some ribbon or baker's twine. My daughter is going to love these. It will be fun to drop a little note on the back and give to her. I hope you like them too.
I wanted to submit this for the
Whimsical Wednesday Challenge. The challenge was to make something without your Cricut and to add some sort of old school embellishment - for me that was my eyelets.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
