Cool Pal!

Snow, snow, rain and snow! We have had lots of rain and snow this week. I think we will definitely be having a white Christmas. I've had this card designed in Design Studio for 2 years and never got around to cutting it. I converted it to a Gypsy file and cut it out today. I like how it turned out, but I am a little Disney crazy. I cut it out using blue, green and brown so it could be part of the My Pink Stamper Color Challenge.

I attached this cute snowman with an ACTION WOBBLE!!!! If you are new to following my site, an Action Wobble is a collapsible spring that brings movement and life to your projects. They have a Facebook page that you can join as well. There are lots of fun projects and some information that has been posted over there. Click HERE to go to the Facebook link.

Here is a short video showing this dancing Mickey Snowman.

Paper Doll Dress Up

Candy Corn Treat Bags

These little treat bags are for a treat swap up at the Cricut Swarm. I love candy corn and I hope some of the other ladies do too.

The little shape at the top is from Gypsy Wanderings and the candy corn is from Doodlecharms. The cute stamp Sweets for the Sweet is by My Pink Stamper's Spooky Puns. Below is a picture of the treat bags together.

Halloween Cupcake

My sister-in-law has an October birthday (no worries she doesn't check my blog so I'm not ruining her surprise). She LOVES candy corn and so I thought this cute cupcake would be the perfect thing for her birthday.

I stamped the cute face on with the discontinued Happy Camper stamp from Peachy Keen. I also stamped the circle sprinkles on in orange, yellow-orange, and yellow. I hope your day is sprinkled with fun.

Ingredients:
Once Upon a Princess - cupcake
Doodlecharms - candy corn

NSD #1 "Mother Dear I Love You So"

This challenge was to make a card for your mom or another special woman in your life. For this card, I picked out an element from the patterned paper (a dragonfly) and I tried to use similar colors. These are not colors I normally would have put together but I like the end result. Here is my card:

The dragonfly is from the Doodlecharms cricut cartridge. The shadow layer is popped up with pop dots and the regular layer the wings are scored and slightly lifted.

MPS Color Challenge

Blogger was not working for me last night. So I posted my entry on my regular website. For this challenge we were supposed to use the colors green pink & black. So here is my 'so sweet watermelon.'

I used Doodlecharms for the watermelon and welded it into a shape card using my Gypsy. Then I added some black doodling, some stamps for the seeds and sentiment and a little bow. Enjoy!

Happy Easter!

This is a simple tri fold card that I made my parents for Easter.

This is the outside of the tri-fold

You lift the flap and this is what you see and then I left the inside empty so we can all add a little Easter message.
The paper is coordinations, the Cricut cartridges used are Stamped (Happy/tag), Designer's Calendar (Easter), George (rectangles), Doodlecharms (egg), and Mickey Mouse font (MM icon). The dotted scallop edge is a fiskars edge punch. I hope you all have an amazing Easter.

My Pink Stamper Designer Entries

Well I didn't make the My Pink Stamper design team, but I wasn't really counting on it either. My style is quite simple. I don't have a lot of time for crafting but I love to do it and so I thought I would give the design team a try. I was really excited that Emma (My Creative Time) is on the team. I really love her work. I don't know any of the others, but I can't wait to see what they have to share. Well here are my entries.

Have a happy weekend everyone!!!

Birthday Cards

I thought I would post some pictures of a few birthday cards I have made. Enjoy.

I love anything DISNEY. So, I love my Disney print programs, stamps, papers, etc. Did I say that I LOVE DISNEY!!!

I LOVE my Cuttlebug and my Cricut!!! But I also love my stamps, ribbon, patterned paper, you name it! My style changes constantly, but I definitely go for a pretty basic and simple look. Probably because I like the way it looks and I don't have hours to spend on every card or scrapbook layout that I make.
