You Light Up My Life Tags

I'm cutting one more challenge close to the deadline. I wanted to join in the Peachy Keen Stamps linky party. I made some tags with one of the new sets.

I love this little light bug. Isn't it darling? It comes from the new A Little Light Camping. It is such a darling set and comes with the perfect sentiments too! I masked off part of the sentiment and just stamped 'let it shine.'

I think this flashlight is super cute too. It comes on this set too and so does the sentiment.

The tag die is by My Creative Time and is called Stitched Round Tab, Arrow and Tag Die. Here are both of the tags together.

I colored these real quick with my Spectrum Noir markers. I'm having fun experimenting with them a little here and there! I hope you have a terrific rest of your weekend. Hugs- Glora

HURRAY - Graduate

I made this card for my niece that graduated from college. She is an amazing girl and I'm so proud of her.

I used this cute girl graduate from a Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons, Graduates Cutting Files svg set and since it is girly and for a girl I'm entering it into their current challenge too. I used the print feature of the Silhouette for my card and I stamped her face with a Peachy Keen face stamp from the Basic Paper Doll Faces stamp assortment. Have a great day! Hugs- Glora

Flower - Thank You

I'm joining in on the Peachy Keen Stamps Photo/Color Inspiration at the last minute. I used the colors and the flower theme as the inspiration for my thank you card.

You may be wondering where the Peachy Keen Stamps are. Well they are the sentiment. The 'Thank' comes from Thank You - Big and the 'YOU' I stamped using letters from  Lucy's ABC's and 123's SOLIDS. The basic card design comes from a Lettering Delights set called Merry Month of May.

Bonjour

Bonjour! I have a simple little note card that I made and wanted to share. It will be perfect for one of my dear friends in France. I know she will LOVE it.

I used the current photo inspiration challenge at My Creative Time as my inspiration.

Here is what I made:

I used a handful of My Creative Time products for this. I used the Pretty Spring Wreaths for the flower wreath and colored it up with some Tim Holtz Distress Markers. A very sweet friend gave them to me quite a while ago. I have used them a few times but really need to learn how to master them. I've seen amazing things done with them. They are dual tipped and the small tip was perfect for coloring these tiny leaves and flowers. The sentiment comes from My Creative Time's Springtime in Paris. For dies I used the 4x4 Journal Die + More and the Stitched 3x4 Journal Die. The size of my card is 4.25" x 4.25" square.

And now for my project. I made a couple of fun shape cards to send out when we go on vacation. Both of these cards use the new Destination Fun stamp set.

The California svg came from a set called The United States by Lettering Delights and the heart and Mickey icon came from Miss Kate Cuttables Mouse Memories Boy. That perfect little sentiment is from the new Destination Fun stamp set.

This adorable little Beach Scene Stamp is a cut from Miss Kate Cuttables. I made it into a shape card and I finished it off with a few accent dots and of course the same awesome Destination Fun sentiment is stamped across the bottom.

Craftin Desert Divas May Release Day 1

Here's my project I created:

It is a s'more shape card that I created using a freebie file from SVG Cuts. I did modify it slightly so that it would have a graham cracker and a little ooie gooey chocolate on the top too. That darling face is by Peachy Keen Stamps. It is one of their larger face assortments called PK-1202 The Moodies 2 1/4" face assortment. And of course the cute and fun sentiment is from the new release by Craftin Desert Diva's called Destination Fun. Other than that I did lots of inking with my Tim Holtz Distress Inks and some accent dots with my Gelly Roll pens. A touch of glossy accents for the eyes and I was done.

Thanks for Helping us Jump Into Reading

I just wanted to drop by and share a door I decorated for Teacher Appreciation week at our school. I decorated the reading recovery teacher's door. So I 'toad-ally' went with a reading theme.

Here is a close up of the sentiment.

The books and the frogs are both from files by Lettering Delights. The Frogs are from the Toad-ally School set and the books are from Love to Read and Spell. The words were all cut from true type fonts off my computer and cut out on my Silhouette Cameo.
