As
you know, Facebook keeps "adjusting" the way things work. For example, even though you have signed up to "Like" your favorite pages, the things they post might not actually show up on your news feed (unless they pay extra money to Facebook to promote their post).
The good news is that you can do something about it, to never miss a post!
1. Go to Glora's Crafts' Facebook page (or any other favorite page)
2. Hover over the "Like" button ("Like" it first if you haven't yet).
3. Check "Get Notifications"
It's that easy! You won't miss another post from your favorite page!

My Creative Time - 12 Days of Christmas - Day 10
Welcome to the 10th day of My Creative Time's 12 Day of Christmas. Today I have a simply little backpack hand sanitizer from Bath and Body Works that I jazzed up a bit. You can buy the plain and simple little backpack holders for 50 cents, but if you want one with some bling or jingle bells or something then the price jumps to $3 or more. Well I thought the one with the bells on it would be cute on my daughter's backpack but I didn't want to put out the money so I bought the 50 cent one and made it up using things I already had at home.
No this isn't really going to stay on my tree but it made for an easy picture. My daughter LOVES it so I am happy and best of all it was cheap and I made it in a snap.I clustered my little bells up like some holly and added some hemp twine from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique. The sentiment comes from the From Our Family to Yours stamp set and the little tag die is from the Teeny Tags Greetings stamp set. Did you know you can buy this tags separately now? I'm sure you did but if not and you are interested in buying it separately HERE is the link to it. These are so cute on everything and being able to buy extras will really help out if you are mass producing something.

Challenges on the Peachy Keen Connection
I just wanted to share a card that I made for one of the challenges over on the Peachy Keen Connection. These challenges are fun and the prizes are always something fun from the newest Peachy release. If you would like to join in on the fun of challenge #2 click HERE.
For this challenge DoBea and I are co-hosting it. She chose the word art part and I chose the snowman part. I'm LOVING what the design team has made for this challenge and I'm excited to see what everyone else makes for it too.

I did my word art on my computer because when I heard 'word art' I envisioned something like this and I wasn't quite sure how hard it would be to do with stamps so I did it on my computer. IT actually took long than I thought it would so maybe I should have tried using my stamps for it. I will have to try another one sometime soon and use my stamps for it. That cute little snowman is from last months release called Snow Gifts. The hemp twine is from Liz's Paperloft Boutique and the cute polka dot paper is from BoBunny's Double Dot Line.
I hope you will join in the fun. There are two fun challenges going on at the Peachy Keen Connection. And don't forget about the awesome sale going on right now over at Peachy Keen Stamps and the 12 Days of Christmas over at My Creative Time. Hugs- Glora

MCT - 12 Days of Christmas - Day 6
Welcome to the 6th day of My Creative Time's 12 Day of Christmas. Today I have a friend or neighbor gift idea. For the packaging I just reused a plastic bag that I had been given and it already had the cute little silver filler in it. I love to reuse stuff :).
Here is a close up of the tag and little jingle bell with the candy canes behind it.
I love this YUMMY hot chocolate and although I could just crush my own candy canes and add it to hot chocolate I kind of like having it already done for me ;). For the label I used the new Vintage Stitched Label Dies. For the darling hot chocolate mug and hot chocolate sentiment I used the Do the Cocoa Motion stamp set. And last but not least the 'warm holiday wishes' sentiment came from the Mixed Holiday Sentiments stamp set all once again from My Creative Time.
I hope you enjoy all the awesome ideas that the ladies have been showing so far. If you haven't yet, make sure to stop by Emma's blog to see what everyone has done today. Hugs- Glora

Simply Crafts Challenge- Reindeer
It is the first Wednesday of the month again which means it is time for another Simply Crafts Challenge between Pam and I. This month Pam chose out the reindeer from off the Doodlecharms cartridge. If you would like to join in on the fun you can find all the details on the Simply Crafts Challenge Blog (HERE).
The sentiment is from My Creative Time's From Our Family to Yours. This is just a REALLY simple card with a little bit of Versmarker and some Sakura Gellyroll. I also added Stickles and glossy accents.
Make sure to check out Pam's blog so you can see how she put her card together and don't forget to stop by the challenge blog if you would like to join in on the challenge. Hugs- Glora

Peachy Keen December Sneak Peeks
***If you are looking for DAY 2 of the 12 Days of Christmas for My Creative Time please scroll down to the next post***
Wow, I can not believe that another month has flown by and that I'm showing you December sneak peeks from Peachy Keen Stamps newest release. I can not believe how FAST this year has gone by!
First off here is a card using the new December 2012 Stamp Kit of the Month. I'm SO in love with these darling candles and the cute faces to put on them.
Isn't he SO sweet? The patterned paper once again came from the Simple Stories Snap Color Vibe paper pad and I used the My Creative Time's Vintage Stitched Label Dies for the banner at the bottom too. I did some shading using some inks and chalks too. Have a terrific day and make sure to check out more sneaks over on the Peachy Keen Stamps Blog. Hugs- Glora

First off here is a card using the new December 2012 Stamp Kit of the Month. I'm SO in love with these darling candles and the cute faces to put on them.
This style of card kind of reminds me of my friend Cassandra, she loves to use a rainbow of colors in a lot of her projects. The patterned paper is all from the Simple Stories Snap Color Vibe paper pad. I used the tag from the Vintage Stitched Label Dies by My Creative Time. I love how perfect the sentiment fits on here. The sentiment and all the candles and their faces come from the December 2012 Stamp Kit of the Month. I paper pieced the candles and added some Stickles, Glossy Accents and twine bows too.
My second card is from one of the new add on sets called Snow Me a Man. I totally fell in love with this snowman and this sentiment. I have lots of male winter birthday cards to make so this seemed like a fun one to make up.
My Creative Time - 12 Days of Christmas - Day 2
Welcome to the 2nd day of My Creative Time's 12 Day of Christmas. Today I have a fun gift idea for you that was inspired by a sentiment on the It's a Magical Season stamp set. I saw that 'snowmen fall from Heaven unassembled' sentiment and remembered seeing a snowman kit in a store a couple of years ago. I thought it would be fun to make one up for my girls.
I was in luck because I had this awesome box that my friend Pam had given me. It is perfect for this kit. The front part (by the button) is a magnetic closure and fits the scarf, mittens and hat inside PERFECTLY. and then there is a little drawer at the bottom that pulls out and holds the 'coal', huge googly eyes and some very large buttons. All that is missing are a couple of twigs that could be gathered outside.
Here it is with the drawer pulled out and the mittens, scarf and hat placed in front of the box instead of inside of it.

The sentiment is once again from It's a Magical Season, the die it is stamped on is called the Fancy Frame Stamp & Die set, and the ADORABLE snowman is from the All Around Accessories stamp set all by My Creative Time. The black hemp twine is from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.
Well I hope you enjoyed my 'snowman kit.' Now we will be all prepared to make a snowman the next time we get some snow. I hope your day is terrific! Hugs- Glora
