Happy Easter!

This is a simple tri fold card that I made my parents for Easter.

This is the outside of the tri-fold

You lift the flap and this is what you see and then I left the inside empty so we can all add a little Easter message.
The paper is coordinations, the Cricut cartridges used are Stamped (Happy/tag), Designer's Calendar (Easter), George (rectangles), Doodlecharms (egg), and Mickey Mouse font (MM icon). The dotted scallop edge is a fiskars edge punch. I hope you all have an amazing Easter.

Have an UDDER-ly marvelous April Fools

I thought I would post the cow shape card I made for my sister-in-law's birthday. She LOVES COWS!!! Especially the black and white ones. We found her some cute (in our opinion) cow slippers for her birthday so a cow card to go with it was tres neccessaire!

This card was made using my Gypsy and my Cricut. I used the Animal Kingdom Cricut Cartridge - for the cow, and Pooh and Friends - for the cute present. Last of all I added a little outlining, some black brads for the eyes and a prima flower with a rhinestone center.

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 25

Yea for another Peachy Keen Stamps challenge. They gave us another awesome sketch to work with. I am in charge of the family birthday cards this month and wanted to incorporate this sketch for one of my niece's cards. She is a major TinkerBell lover. So here is my entry.

The patterned paper is from a Disney princess collection. The TinkerBell stamps are by EK Success. I used my Prismacolor colored pencils and blended them and then I added some stickles on Tink. The flowers are Primas and I used a glitter brad in the middle. The solid colored cardstock is by Provo Craft. The colors are a little more vibrant in person, but a camera doesn't always pick everything up perfectly.

And here is the awesome sketch.

My Pink Stamper Designer Entries

Well I didn't make the My Pink Stamper design team, but I wasn't really counting on it either. My style is quite simple. I don't have a lot of time for crafting but I love to do it and so I thought I would give the design team a try. I was really excited that Emma (My Creative Time) is on the team. I really love her work. I don't know any of the others, but I can't wait to see what they have to share. Well here are my entries.

Have a happy weekend everyone!!!

Paperdoll Birthday Cards

I have been playing around with some of my Cricut paperdolls and my Peachy Keen face stamps. There are always lots of birthday cards to make, so I thought I would make a few in advance. Enjoy!

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 24

It's time for another Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge. I had a lot of fun with this one. Here is my take on challenge 24.

This is the sketch they gave us to work with, isn't it great?

The main stipulation for this challenge was that you need to use a Peachy Keen Stamp somewhere on your project.

Card recipe: The baby is from Everyday Paper Dolls. For the baby's face I used Peachy Keen stamps (the pacifier is from the Peachy Keen stamps set PK-573 Basic Paper Doll Faces and the eyes and nose are from the new Everyday Character Face Parts PK-493). I cut a headband from Everday Paper Dolls and added a Prima Flower and a rhinestone. The scallop circle is from Mini Monograms and the scallop edge is from Plantin Schoolbook. And all of the patterned paper is Provo Craft paper I have had in my stash for quite a while.

SMILE LAUGH GIGGLE!!!

Yes, that's right, smile, laugh & giggle. March is here and Spring is just around the corner.

I'm so proud of my little penguins. I love a cute and kinda chubby type of penguin. I couldn't find any that I really loved so I used my Gypsy and designed some of my own and cut them out on my Cricut. I really like how they turned out. I chalked around the edges and used Peachy Keen stamps for the faces. I hope they make you smile laugh & giggle!

The card is 8 1/2" by 3 3/8" to fit in a standard #10 envelope. The penguins are about 4" tall.
