Disney Halloween Toss Across

Another quick post. My mom does a Halloween carnival - party for all of her grandchildren. She had an old Toss Across game that she wanted converted into a Halloween game. The kids loved it, so I would say it was worth all the time that it took to get the original X's and O's off. Enjoy!

Have a great day!

Happy Halloween Mickey Pumpkin

Just a real quick post today. My friend Tami, told me that I needed to do another card with my Mickey pumpkin. I've been planning on doing it all month and finally got around to it. Enjoy!

For this pumpkin I used my Gypsy along with Mickey and Friends and Stretch Your Imagination Cricut cartridge. The polka dot paper is PaperTrey Ink and the twin is from Trendy Twine. The beautiful happy Halloween sentiment is from the Mixed Holiday Sentiments stamp set by My Creative Time.

HERE is a LINK to my other Mickey pumpkin card. Have a great day! Hugs- Glora

Birthday Boy Balloon and Winner

***If you are looking for my project for the Whimsical Wednesday Challenge scroll down of click HERE***

Hi friends. Today, I'm sharing a birthday card for one of my nephews but also my entry for the Let's Face it Friday Challenge over at the Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge Blog.

I made a shaped card with a hot air balloon shadow off of the Pop-Up Neighborhood Cricut cartridge. I cut all the balloon layers out at the 5.25" size. I cut the little boy out of the Everyday Paper Doll Cricut cartridge and he was cut at 1.75" and luckily my very smallest size of Winter Wonderland face stamps (from Peachy Keen Stamps) fit him perfectly. I also added lots of faux stitching with my Gellyroll pens. The darling sentiment and dinosaur are from Emma's new All Around Birthday Time stamp set and the circle it is stamped on is the circle die from her Scallop & Stitched Circle Die set.

I also wanted to announce the winner from my stop on the My Creative Time Blog Hop.

The winner is:

TyTynNiyasmom

she said: What a cute banner! I love all the details you put into it. Candace

I have already contacted her and the All Around Accessories set will be on its way to her VERY soon.

Thanks for stopping by today. Make it a beautiful day! Hugs- Glora

Whimsical Wednesday - Fall Cutie

Yay, it is time for another wonderful Whimsical Wednesday Challenge. Today we all made projects with a fall cutie (a little fall themed animal). This was Cathryn's idea and I love it.

I made a shaped card and my fall cutie is a little indian fox.

The fox and tee-pee are cut from the Create a Critter cartridge. The little indian headpiece is cut from Paper Doll Dress Up. I just sized it up for the fox in my Gypsy. The yellow and green ribbon on the tee pee is some more beautiful crinkle ribbon by Patsy at the Prairie Bird Boutique. The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Mixed Holiday Sentiments.

I had a little extra fun with the fox and used some more fun flock. I go in phases with that stuff, but I seriously love the way it looks when I take the time to use it. Here is a close up so you can see the texture a little better. A few of you had asked what fun flock is, or where to get it. Well I've seen it called fun flock and flocking and it is usually located right close to the embossing powders and such at your local scrapbooking store. Kimberly from My Craft Spot has some awesome tutorials on using fun flock so I'm going to link to one of those post HERE if you are interested.

Today, we are all doing a second project featuring stamps by Tanner, AKA: Mr. Cricut Crazy. I had the chance to work with Tanner on Emma's design team for a while and I'm just loving this Halloween stamp set I bought from him. These stamps are manufactured by Peachy Keen Stamps so they are awesome quality stamps!

For my card I used his Halloween Town set. I just love this 2 cute 2 spook sentiment.

This is another shaped card, the images come from the Simply Charmed cartridge. My only regret on this card is the stitching between the gray and the black parts of the headstone. I added the stitching before I had glued the gray piece down and then I truly realized how bad I am at drawing a straight line without a guide. Lesson learned on this one!!! Maybe you will humor me and just say that it looks like an old decrepit sort of headstone, so the pieces aren't straight anyway - LOL! The cute little face on the ghost is by Peachy Keen Stamps Monster Mash face assortment. The green bow is made with more of Patsy's ribbon and as mentioned before the darling sentiment is from Tanner's Halloween Town stamp set.

Another fun thing about this card is that the ghost is on an Action Wobble. She is so cute wobbling around on there. In fact, the very first project I EVER made with an Action Wobble over a year ago was on a ghost. It is a perfect motion for these kinds of things.

The prizes for this challenge are some ribbon from The Prairie Bird Boutique and one of Tanner's Stamp sets. I hope you will find some time to join in the fun. This is my last challenge being a part of the Whimsical Wednesday Challenge blog and I wanted to thank Stephanie and all the other sweet ladies on the team for their support and friendship! XOXO to all of you and I will still be stopping by to visit your blogs!!! You are all SO talented! Hugs- Glora

Peachy Keen Connection Halloween Card Swap

Hello sweet crafting friends. Today I'm sharing wonderful Peachy Keen creations that were NOT made by me, but that I received in an awesome Halloween card swap I participated in over on the Peachy Keen Connection. All I have to say is THANK YOU so much Miss Lorie Souther (The Thinkin' Spot), for putting the swap together and being such an amazing HOSTESS!!!! This swap was AMAZING! Below I will show you the five cards that I received in exchange for 5 of THIS same card that I will link to HERE.

So here we go... If the person who made the card left a name and or blog then I will share that along with their picture so you can see what other beautiful creations they make.

This Jeepers Creepers card was made by Saundra of Luv Scrapping Together. I'm a huge fan of Saundra's she makes beautiful and detailed creations. Don't you love the details on this darling monster card?!! I know I do, embossing, glitter, glossy accents, inking, you name it!

This little darling was made by Andrea Asher and her blog is called A Pink Rose. The little details on this one are so fun. That little spider is dangling down and of course I love the darling faces on the pumpkins. And that bat bow tie that the bear is wearing is total genius. I love it!

This darling card was made by Dawn Gail and is a shaped easel card that is held up with that pretty rosette. It is so cute! I just love how the witch is wearing nail polish a ring and everything. These ladies really added those amazing finishing touches to these cards.

I don't know who made this one because they didn't include their name, but I love it. Those happy lashes faces just make me smile and I love the placement of the bat and sentiment. Plus the ghost and sentiment are PERFECTLY outlined in Stickles. This is a pocket card  and I love it. If you are the maker of this card, let me know and I will add your name and a link to your blog if you have one :).

And last, but MOST definitely not least is this beauty...

I don't know who made this card either, but it is SO cool. The image is colored and there is a shadow around the image and under some of the words. The edges are inked up and then the whole center piece is covered in glossy accents or a similar sort of product. It is SO neat. And then of course there is just the beautiful clean design of it too. So, once again, if you are the one who made this card send me your name and/or blog address and I will link you right on up.

Aren't these all AMAZING?! I just LOVE looking at these and I don't think I'm going to be able to part with them they will just have to stay here and give me added inspiration.

This was my first card swap and thanks to Lorie, everything went beautifully. I would definitely join in one of these again, especially if it was put together this well !!!! Thanks again Lorie and thanks to all of you talented ladies who joined in the fun too! Hugs- Glora

Here it is:

Here is a close up of the darling Santa suit, I used Fun Flock for the red and the white parts so that it is really soft and fuzzy. I love the way it feels, unfortunately a tiny bit of the red got on some of the white (even though I did them at separate times) but I still like it:
