The card base is from the Baby Steps cartridge. I used the Cute and Cuddly Faces (1 1/8") by Peach Keen Stamps for the bunny face. The darling sentiment comes from one of My Creative Time's original sets Color Me Happy and the shapes I stamped on are dies by My Creative Time called Curly Label Die and Stitched Curly Label Die. Besides that I did a bunch of faux stitching and added some glossy accents and VOILA!
