Peachy Keen Stamps Farewell Hop

***If you are looking for the My Creative Time Farewell Blog Hop scroll down to my next post or click HERE!***

This year has gone by in a flash. I don't know where it went but I must say that the last two years of being on the Peachy Keen Stamps design team have been a dream come true. I fell in love with Peachy Keen Stamps from the second I saw my first one. Shortly after that I discovered that they had started up a challenge blog. I started my own blog so that I could join in on the challenges. I became "friends" with their awesome designers and learned so much from these ladies and well the rest is history. I will always hold a fond spot in my heart for Peachy Keen Stamps. Kathy's stamps bring so much happy to my world. Thanks to everyone at PKS for letting me be apart of your Peachy Family! As for Lorie and my fellow designer's I couldn't love you ladies more. Thanks for being so creative, so talented and some of the nicest ladies around. I will miss you and love you very much!!!!!

If you came here from my sweet and talented friend, Janice's blog, you are in the right spot. If not make sure to get the whole hop in by starting at Tanya's lovely blog.

I made a Peachy card for the hop. It just seemed appropriate. I think you Peachy fans are fantastic and I just love my Peachy family too.

For this card I used the Sweet and Innocent Face Assortment, Faceless Fruit and Fruit Sentiments One. I also used some dies by My Creative Time from the Just Simply Live stamp and die set.

Here are a couple of my favorite project from this year, if you want details on them you can click below the picture and it will redirect you to the original post.

Have a Beary Merry Christmas

Welcome! Today my friend Pam and I are doing our monthly cut challenge. I chose the cut this month and it is the reindeer teddy bear from the Cricut Lite Teddy Bear Parade cartridge.

The cute little bear face was stamped on with the Teddy Bear Assortment (stamp set) by Peachy Keen Stamps. The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Mixed Holiday Sentiments. I also used two My Creative Time dies, the Fun Stitched Edge Dies and the Stitched 3x4 Journal Die. I added some Stickles and Glossy Accents and I was good to go. I hope you enjoyed my card and PLEASE make sure to stop by Pam's blog HERE to see what she made with this cut. Have a good day and I'll see you back here on Friday for two blog hops. Hugs- Glora

Happy Holidays From All of Us!

Ha ha, I scheduled this a while ago and forgot to do up the write up part to go with it. Oops.

Well here is my card.

I used My Creative Time's Stitched 4x6 Journal Die to make my card base (I just adjusted it to be 4x5.25). For my stamps they all came from Peachy Keen Stamps. I used the Clear Canning Quart Jar, the Gingerbread Bowl (for the sentiment) and the House Train for my candy. I layered the jar with a layer of acetate to make it look more like glass. I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday season!

MCT 5 Days of Christmas Day 4

Welcome to the 4th day of My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas.

Aren't you just LOVING all of these awesome Christmas ideas?

I have another simple one for you today. I made a gift card holder.

The gift card holder is of course Emma's awesome Embossed Gift Card Holder. I stamped a sentiment from the Gift Card Sentiments stamp set and then I used some cute patterned paper and Emma's new Fun Stitched Edges. I love how that edge adds SO much to this gift card holder. The best part is that it was an absolute breeze. I love when my products do all the work for me :).

Don't forget to check out what the other designers have for you today on the My Creative Time Blog. Hugs- Glora

PKS December Release Sneak Peeks Day 3

Well it is time for another AWESOME stamp release at Peachy Keen Stamps. This kit is super fun and there are some fun image and background stamps being released too.

I just had to use EVERY set so I have a few projects to share with you today.

My first one uses the December 2013 SKOTM and the Birch Tree Background stamp.

Isn't that little dear sweet? I stamped everything on white cardstock and used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to color them. I even spritzed the saphire blue background with some glimmer mist and it has a really pretty (snow like) effect in real life. I used the Stitched 3x4 Journal Die by My Creative Time for my tag base. I tied it off with some seam binding ribbon and hemp twine.

I always seem to need some quick and easy tags so I was super excited about the new Reverse Sentiments stamp set. It is absolutely perfect for many things including cute and easy gift tags. I just die cut a few scallop circles, stamped these sentiments, punched a hole in them and tied a little baker's twine to them. It seriously only took a few minutes but I LOVE them.

And last of all I made a fun winter card with the Cool Cats and the Candy Stripe Background stamps.

I hope you enjoyed my sneak peeks. These are some super fun stamps that will be available for purchase on the 5th. Make sure to check out the Peachy Keen Stamps blog to see what the other designers have made with these new sets. Hugs- Glora

MCT 5 Days of Christmas Day 1

Welcome to the 1st day of My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas.

Are you looking for some fun Christmas ideas. Well Emma's blog will be the place to find TONS of inspiration and some fun prizes too.

I made this simple little Hand Sanitzer holder for my project today. Emma's My Creative Time products make these projects SO easy.

I saw my design team sister, Cassandra, add one of the cute bows to one of these and knew I had to borrow the idea. You can see some she did HERE. I used the Stitched Lollipop Holder for the holder, the Small Stitched Scalloped Bow Die for the bow and one of the awesome ornament dies from the Warm Holiday Fun stamp and die set.

Make sure to check out what the other designers have for you today on the My Creative Time Blog. Hugs- Glora

PKS Celebrate Christmas Blog Hop

*** If you are looking for the My Creative Time Black Friday Blog Hop scroll down to the next post or click HERE***

Welcome to the Peachy Keen Stamps Celebrate Christmas Blog Hop. If you came here from Tanya's Blog you are in the right spot if not make sure to head back to Kristi's blog to get the full blog hop in.

For my project to day I made some Christmas Tags.

For my tags I used the July 2013 SKOTM. These kits are fantastic. If you join the stamp kit of the month you get a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of awesome stamps for a great discounted price of $29.95 (that includes shipping costs and is a $15 a stamp set savings). Plus as a bonus you get coordinating SVG files for free as a kit member. These SVG's make the stamped images pop and can really come in handy. I used the July 2013 SKOTM SVG's to make these little tags. I used the SVG's for the perfect white borders and then I made an additional shadow around that for the tag base. All I had to do was weld a little circle to it and cut them out on my Silhouette. There are tons of awesome possibilities with these stamps and their coordinating SVG's. If you want more information on the being a stamp kit of the month member click HERE.

Here is a close up of my snowman tags:

I colored these with Copics and tied a bit of twine on them.

Here are my penguins:

I paper pieced and colored these ones and added twine again.

The blog hop prize is AWESOME. There will be an amazing Christmas stamp bundle that will be given to one lucky winner. To enter to win you need to comment on each blog post. And don't forget that there is another fun day of blog hopping tomorrow as well. Have a great day. Hugs- Glora

I have never done a December Daily and thought it sounded like a fun idea but I needed to do something small and simple. My book is just a 4x6" album. I will put one or two pictures and some journaling/embellishments in each day. I think my kids are going to love this little album.

Here is the front of my album:

I did my little title cover with the brand new A Day In December stamp set and the Stitched 3 x 4 Journal Die. Every single stamp in that little collage is from the new A Day in December stamp set.

I made a calendar for my first page along with some journaling cards to add details to along the way.

For these I used the A Day In December Stamp set, the new Get Schooled stamp set along with Type Calendar stamp set and the Stitched 3x4 Journal Die and the Stitched 4x6 Journal Die.

I stamped and cut or die cut a bunch of miscellaneous embellishments for my book as well.

All of the above come from the new A Day In December stamp set (except for the Stitched Boots Dies).

And some other items to add right in with my pictures.

I have the days of the month on the Build a Banner Dies so that I can easily keep track of each day's events. A lot of these sentiments came from the A Day In December stamp set but the Stitched Fun Ticket die's sentiment is from the FREEBIE from the sale. It is called Shine Bright. I also used the Vintage Stitched Label Dies and the  Christmas House stamp set for the sentiment "At Christmas, all roads lead home!" I used the What a View Die, the Stitched Heart Layering Dies and the Label Font to make a little embellishment for a picture with Santa. And I used the Just Simply Live set for the other dies and stamps above.

I'm pretty excited to put this book together. It should be nice and easy now that I have all of my little journal cards and accent pieces ready to go. Have a wonderful day! Hugs- Glora

MCT 28th Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the My Creative Time 28th Release Blog Hop. I'm so glad that you could join in this super fun release. If you came here from Courtney's blog you are in the right place. If not make sure to start at Emma's blog so you can get the whole hop in.

I have made a couple of simple projects to share. I figured that with Christmas coming it would be fun to share a couple of quick and easy gifts.

My first is a little hot chocolate pouch. I made a little pocket using the Stitched 4x6 Journal Die. I gave the front of it a little decorative edge with the new Fun Stitched Edge Dies. I made a second layer with my floral paper and layered them together. I did a simple decoration with the Fun Size Stitched Bow. These would be very easy to mass produce.

My second project is a little treat bag. I used a 5x5 treat bag and made a 5 1/2 x 2 1/2" topper for it using the Fun Stitched Edge Dies. I used the new A Fun Variety on the Inside and Out stamp set for the sentiment. This was SUPER quick and easy too.

Your News Broke My Heart

***If you are looking for Day 2 of My Creative Time Sneak Peeks scroll down or CLICK HERE***

It is time for another Peachy Keen Challenge and it is a sketch challenge. I just adore these sweet little sketches that DoBea whips up for us.

Here is my take on the sketch. I usually stick pretty close to a sketch and did so once again.

This sweet little bunny and a bunch of perfect sympathy sentiments come on the Bawlin' Bunnies stamp set by Peachy Keen Stamps. I've wanted this set since it first came out and finally got it so I just had to use it for the challenge. I hope you join in the fun sketch challenge too. You can link up HERE. Hugs- Glora
