Spinner Card Link Up and Day 1 from My Guest Designer Week at Everyday Cricut

Hi sweet friends. I wanted to share my Everyday Cricut guest designer posts over here on my blog. I'm planning on sharing one a week for a few weeks. If you already saw this over there then this is just a repeat, but if you haven't seen it yet, enjoy!

If you have been inspired to make a spinner card (the inspiration didn't have to come from me). I would love to see it. Just link at the bottom of this post so we can see your wonderful crafty inspiration.

Today, I want to share with you one of my favorite kinds of cards to create. One of my My Creative Time design team sisters, Nikki (Scrappin' Navy Wife), started me on this obsession. I've made a handful of these cuties and never get tired of them, I hope you don't get tired of seeing them either. Basically it is a spinner card, but instead of changing phrases or images when you spin the dial you change the faces. So here is face #1

Oh yes, did you notice the beautiful BoBunny Double Dot paper, Melanie, here on Everyday Cricut, makes beautiful projects with it and I just had to give it a try. I LOVE it, talk about polka dot heaven and it cut beautifully in my Cricut.

Now I spin the tab and the next face on my scarecrow is...

And finally I spin the tab a third time and voila, yet one more darling little face...

This is a standard A2 sized card. I only used two Cricut cartridges (along with my Gypsy) for this project. I used Wild Card for the spinner card base and the postage stamp piece. I used Simply Charmed for the little girl scarecrow. For the darling faces I used a set of stamps by Peachy Keen Stamps called Rag Doll Faces. The beautiful tri-colored twine is by Trendy Twine. And that gorgeous sentiment and die at the bottom are by Emma at My Creative Time. The sentiment is from her stamp set called Mixed Holiday Sentiments and the beautiful die is called the Stitched Oval Die. I can not believe how many sentiments fit perfectly inside this darling die. I think it is an absolute must have.
