ZUMBA!!!

Yes, I love Zumba! It is a dance/aerobic type craze that has hit the nation. And I'm happy to be a part of it. I have a super sweet friend that has been teaching a community class, for free, 2-3 times a week. She has helped me start back on the path to a healthier lifestyle. I won't get too personal but I have lost a few (of many) VERY unwanted pounds and my bloodpressure has gone from borderline high to almost perfectly normal. Anyway, this sweet friend is heading in for her Zumba certification today and I wanted to wish her luck with this shape card.

This little cutie is from the Twinkle Toes Cricut Lite cartridge. I thought she looked like she could be an aerobics girl as well. Doesn't that adorable Peachy Keen Stamp make her look so SUPER cute. I love Peachy Keen Stamps!!!!! Anyway, I hope my friend likes her card, but more importantly I hope she knows how much I appreciate her willingness to help us ladies get/keep in shape.

Items Used:

*Twinkle Toes Cricut Lite cartridge
*Peachy Keen Stamps Critter Faces (XLarge)
*Gypsy
*Inking
*Versamarker
*Adhesive rhinestones
*Sakura White Gellyroll

  3. @ Created By Renae, yes, I felt like Zumba was easy to get started on but I have done dance and different sorts of aerobics off and on for years. I think the hardest part is just trying to not feel self conscience as you are learning the different songs. I liked it from the start and after a few times I was totally addicted. It is a totally body workout! And I love that fact. After a one hour workout I feel GREAT!!!! Thanks for your sweet comment.

  14. Glora,

What a cute card!!! :) Is it a postcard or is it hinged? If it's hinged, I couldn't even tell where. You're so sweet & thoughtful! Hope your friend's certification went well. And how lucky are you?! FREE zumba classes?! What fun! It helps when you enjoy your exercise. I'm proud of you for making the time to take care of yourself!!! That is a huge accomplishment!

    Crafty hugs,

    Jennifer
